After completing the signup page, we will need to verify your identity to be able to evaluate your TendoPay application. For the verification steps, you will need to complete the following:
Provide a valid e-mail address and mobile number.
Upload a clear photo of your proof of income (to find the full list, please refer to the question - "What are the accepted proof of income?").
Upload a clear photo of your government ID (to find the full list, please refer to the question - "What are the accepted government IDs?").
Take a clear and well-lit selfie and upload it.
When you complete all of the above, give us some time to review your application, and we’ll get back to you with our decision within 1 to 2 business days. Once you’re approved, you can start shopping with TendoPay!
