How do I return and get a refund for my purchase?

Purchase from our partner merchants:
Return of goods depends on the return policy of the respective merchant. Contact the merchant if you wish to return your goods. TendoPay will only cancel your installment payments if the merchant receives your goods back and agrees to the return.
Cash Loan, Lazada, and Shopee vouchers:
Due to the automation of our disbursement system, cash loans, Lazada, and Shopee vouchers are irreversible. This means that purchases will be final and cannot be returned or canceled.
