If you would like to cancel or delete your TendoPay account, that's not a problem! Simply complete the Account Deletion form. Please note that before we proceed with the deletion, you'll need to settle any outstanding balances. 

Expect the deletion of all account-related information within 1-5 business days, as mandated by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) Advisory No. 2021-01, Section 10, which outlines the Right to Erasure or Blocking. Please note that certain pieces of information may need to be retained as required by law for some time after account deletion.
